Red Rock Announces Name Change

August 15, 2017 – Red Rock Energy Inc. (TSXV – RRK) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to New Stratus Energy Inc. pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders of the Corporation at the annual general and special meeting held on February 14, 2017. Commencing at opening of trading on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, the common shares of the Corporation will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "NSE".
